How long will it take to receive a written proposal for our project? La'Met aim to send proposals to prospective clients within 7 working days of our initial meeting with a client.

What happens after I receive my proposals? La'Met always follow-up proposals by telephone or by organising an appointment to discuss the content, ensure customer needs are fully explored and incorporated into any plans, and to determine a mutually workable timetable for the various stages of the project.

In what subject and skill areas do your consultants specialise? La'Met specialise in advice and practical assistance in the areas of sales, marketing, legal and finance. Whilst we are able to assist in The Netherlands with the local domestic market, we specialise in exploring and nurturing international opportunities for our clients. Our extensive network covers most of Europe and we are able to assist when other consultancies may falter.

What is the cost of the initial introduction meeting? La'Met's initial introductions are intended to provide a first step in your international development and are always free of charge.

Where do La'Met consultants work? La'Met employs full-time consultants at its sales and marketing office in Utrecht, The Netherlands backed-up by a network of dedicated international consultants in local markets with the knowledge and language skills required to make a success of your venture thus ensuring language and culture differences are never an obstacle to expanding into new market territories.

How will I be kept informed by La'Met? La'Met likes to keep business relationships personal so you will always be met in person whenever possible and practical. In addition we like to keep our clients up to date with their projects, as it happens, real-time, so you may expect telephone calls and emails between update meetings.

How are La'Met's fees calculated La'Met employ a two tier pricing structure, We offer a set-menu of services which are supplied for a set price or you are free to choose from our 'a la carte' services which attract an hourly or daily rate depending on the levels of services required.

How does La'Met retain and manage personal and confidential data? Before we proceed with any project, La'Met contracts a reciprocal non-disclosure agreement with our clients to ensure confidentiality and best business practice. All personal and confidential business data, regardless of source or format, is recorded and stored in line with Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament (1995) and its subsequent amendments.
